Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how METAOR LABS LIMITED handles information across the Metaor mobile application, website, and related Services.
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Our approach
Metaor is designed to provide core account, wallet, market, social, and security features with limited data collection. We do not receive or store private keys or seed phrases. We do not use the information covered by this Policy for cross-app behavioural advertising or data brokerage.
2. Information you provide or create
We may process account identifiers and login information; profile details such as a username, avatar, bio, or handle; posts, comments, follows, reactions, messages, and other content you choose to submit; referral or reward records; and communications, screenshots, or attachments you send to support.
If you use a third-party login or wallet provider, we may receive the identifiers, display name, email address, or profile information that provider makes available for authentication and account functionality.
3. Device, wallet, and public blockchain information
We may process device and network information needed for session integrity, reliability, analytics, abuse prevention, and security, such as device identifiers, app version, IP address, and diagnostic events.
We may process public wallet addresses that you connect or associate with Metaor, along with public blockchain data such as transaction hashes, token transfers, balances, and on-chain activity. Blockchain records are public and generally immutable; Metaor cannot delete or change records held on a public network.
4. Information we do not collect directly
Metaor does not collect or store your private keys or seed phrases. For the current version of the Services, Metaor does not directly collect or store biometric templates, precise GPS location, device contacts, health data, payment-card numbers, or bank-account numbers. A wallet, payment, on-ramp, off-ramp, analytics, or other third-party provider may process information under its own policy.
5. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide wallets, market data, social, portfolio, and transaction-related features; operate analytics and improve reliability; prevent fraud, spam, impersonation, bots, and abuse; provide support; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal, security, and regulatory obligations.
6. When we share information
We may share information with vendors that provide hosting, authentication, wallet infrastructure, analytics, security, moderation, communications, support, market data, or transaction services, only as needed to provide those services. Content and activity you choose to publish may be visible to other users according to the feature and your settings.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Metaor, the public, or the integrity of the Services. Information may also transfer as part of a merger, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
7. Third-party services and international processing
The Services may connect to blockchains, wallets, protocols, data providers, payment providers, login providers, and social platforms. Their privacy practices are independent of Metaor and are governed by their own policies. Information may be processed in countries other than your own; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, provide support, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, maintain transaction and security records, and comply with law. Some records may be retained after account deletion for these purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, account, and wallet access.
9. Your choices and account deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, subject to legal exceptions. Contact support@metaor.app to make a request. Deleting a Metaor account does not reverse transactions, erase public blockchain records, or remove information that Metaor is required or permitted to retain.
10. Children, changes, and contact
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow children to create accounts. We may update this Policy when our Services, technology, providers, or legal obligations change. The new version will show a revised effective date. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@metaor.app.
